returns and exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we have a hassle-free return policy.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it for a refund or exchange. Just make sure the item is unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To start the return process, please contact us. Once we receive your returned item, we'll send you an email to confirm it has arrived. From there, we'll inspect it and let you know if your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, we'll process it right away, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

faulty or damaged items

Unfortunately, accidents can happen during shipping, despite our careful processing and packaging of all orders. But don't worry - all of our packages are fully insured, so you'll be taken care of if anything goes wrong.

If your product has arrived faulty, please take photos of:

  • The packaging exterior
  • The shipping label
  • any damage to the artwork or frame

Simply send all the photos our way via email, and we'll take it from there.
